Sligo has shot to the top of the list where properties on now on the market for an average of 146 days.

The latest Daft report has been run from the 30th Nov to the 12th of Dec.

There were 418 price drops and the average drop was 6%.

8,812 of the properties listed on Daft have now dropped the price at least once and still have not been sold.

Kerry, Fermanagh and Galway have recorded the highest percentage drops, 9.2%, 9.1% and 8.3% respectively.
