November 22, 2007We have used the CSO statistics for the number of houses in each county to help compile the latest analysis.
Leitrim currently tops the list with nearly 8.7% of all houses in the county for sale at the moment.
Roscommon is the slowest market at the moment with houses on the market for an average of 130 days.
